Ordered 10+ skips from these people - their communication skills are appalling, the promise skips at a particular time and then failed to deliver, asked for specific up lift times, which they agreed to and then failed to deliver. Last straw today they have turned up to collect a skip, which wasn't meant to be picked up until later in the week. Completely unreliable. Always trying to convince you to pay cash and seemed annoyed when we wanted to pay by card over the phone. Going forward we will be changing to a more professional company.
